The Russian Register Certification Association is the largest internationally recognized Russian certification and expert organization. The Russian Register enables clients to receive a comprehensive quality assessment service for various aspects related to management, services, products and personnel.
The Russian Register Certification Association is a legal entity registered by decision No. 157101 of August 07, 2001 by the Registration Chamber of St. Petersburg.
The Russian Register Certification Association is an autonomous and non-profit organization in its legal form, which operates within the framework of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Non-Profit Organizations" dated 12.01.1996 No. 7-FZ. In accordance with the law, the Charter of the PP defines that the Association does not have the main purpose of its activities to make a profit and does not distribute the profits among the members of the Association.
All profits of the PP are directed to the development of its programs, to increase the competence and equipment of its employees.
Agency for the Assessment of the Quality of Tertiary and Vocational Education was established in 2015 as a part of Certification Association “Russian Register”.
The agency operates in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated December 12, 2012, No. 273, titled «On Education in the Russian Federation» and inclusion in the registry of accrediting organization (in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 11, 2017, No. 431 «On the Formation and Maintenance of the List of Organizations Accrediting Core Professional Education Programs, Basic Professional Training Programs, and/or Additional Education Programs»).
